Schools vs Guns

A lot of stories have been coming out of schools punishing children for making fingers into guns, food into guns, etc. I think it is wrong and evil to vilify young children when they have done nothing wrong. I have emailed most of the schools concerning this and when I reply to their email I never hear back from them. We must stand up and stop this insanity. That is the point of this post, I want it to be seen how often this is happening so if I see new stories I will try to add them to this post as soon as possible.

I disagree with some points in this USAToday story, but it lists a few incidents, some which are also above. I don’t think there is anything wrong with playing with imaginary guns or toy guns. Most kids have done it and never use that as a gateway to committing real crimes.
